We’re hoteliers who learned marketing, not marketers who discovered hotels.
Two decades inside hotel operations and marketing, and since 2007 in hotel digital marketing specifically — early enough to watch TripAdvisor arrive, Instagram take over the lobby, and AI check in without a reservation.
That matters for one reason. Most of what gets sold to small hotels as technology is built by people who have never had to run a shift with it. We have. When we tell you a tool isn’t worth your time, it’s because we’ve watched one like it go unopened.
Every engagement starts with what you already have — your PMS, your booking engine, your spreadsheets, your team’s actual habits — and ends with something running, documented, and yours.
We write things down. Procedures, decisions, the reasoning behind a choice. If we disappeared tomorrow, your team should be able to keep the systems running from the documentation alone. That’s the standard, and it’s the opposite of how most agencies protect a retainer.
We work asynchronously by default. Calls when a call is the fastest way to a decision, writing the rest of the time. It respects your schedule more than a standing weekly meeting does.
We don’t resell software, and we don’t take commissions from the vendors we recommend. If a tool is in your stack it’s because it earned its place, not because it pays us.
We don’t build systems you can’t maintain without us. Everything is configured in tools you own, under your accounts, with your data.
We don’t work with large chains, and we turn down properties where nobody on the team has the authority to change how things run. Without that, none of this survives the first busy week.
Ready to talk?
No sales call. No pitch deck. Tell us where you are and what you’re trying to solve, and we’ll give you an honest assessment of whether we can help. If we can’t, we’ll say so.
